Her philosophy is simple but powerful: when your body is properly fueled, you unlock the ability to train harder, recover faster, think clearer, and perform longer. Nutrition is not about perfection—it’s about strategy. Every athlete’s body, training load, schedule, and preferences are different, and your fueling plan should reflect that.

Nicole believes that all foods can fit into a healthy performance-based lifestyle—and she teaches athletes exactly when, why, and how to use different foods to support training, competition, recovery, sleep, hydration, and mental focus. There are real physiological reasons certain foods enhance performance and others hinder it, and Nicole translates that science into practical, real-life systems athletes can actually follow.

From Elite Athlete to Elite Performance Nutritionist

Nicole’s work is rooted in both personal experience and deep clinical expertise.

She was a 4-year, full-ride scholarship Division I collegiate gymnast at The Ohio State University, where she experienced firsthand the pressure, discipline, physical demand, and mental toll of elite-level sport. She knows what it feels like to train exhausted, to compete under pressure, and to balance performance with long-term health.

That experience led her to pursue a career in sports nutrition—so athletes wouldn’t have to guess how to fuel at the highest level.

Nicole holds:
• Bachelor’s Degree & Dietetic Internship in Medical Dietetics — The Ohio State University
• Master of Science in Allied Medicine with a focus in Business for Health Sciences — The Ohio State University
• Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) — the highest credential in sports nutrition
• Registered Dietitian (RD) & Licensed Dietitian (LD)

She is also a professional member of:
• The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND)
• Collegiate and Professional Sports Dietitians Association (CPSDA)

Formerly a Team Dietitian for The Ohio State University, Nicole now works with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes nationwide through her virtual private practice.
